Hanging in the yard

This was last week. Yes the month of december. Gabe had just dirtied his clothes so i took them off and Joel had to do something outside and Gabe followed. Then Zoe wanted to go. So thats why he is naked. BUT it was not at all cold. It was hot.

Zoe decided not to crawl on her knees. She looked so funny crawling like this. Then she just decided to walk. Yea, I know!!! Shes still a baby she doesnt need to be walking. I fussed her. She took about 7 - 10 steps. She just does in the middle of the yard. Stands up walks a little and gets down. She was doing it even more on the cement. Crazy. I dont want them to grow up so fast!!

Making Christmas Cookies

Gabriel and Zoe helped make cookies with me today. Well all they were really interested in doing is eating the dough. So let me rephrase that..... Gabriel and Zoe ate a lot of cookie dough today. We didnt get to make one of their cookies. But it still made for great pics and a great christmas card. I used Charin's pic of Gabe for the Christmas card.

They really enjoyed the cookies once they were baked also.

Christmas banquet

These are some pics from our church christmas banquet. My kids just gave up on smiling for a picture. We had a good time. Ate some good food. Our praise team, PS 150, danced. Good times, really good times.

I just love the christmas season. I love the lights and the jollyness. I love watching all the good movies and getting to give gifts to people. I just wish it wouldnt be about the cost of the gift. Why do people have to buy one another gifts of the same price.

Stacie rae got married Friday to her new man Tim! She is a Comeaux now. Wow. Whoa! We took this pic at the wedding. It is a classic!
Zoe and Gabriel rode up the aisle in their wagon. It was so cute! But of course they dont pose for pictures anymore. So this is all we got! Zoe was so beautiful in her dress. She had on a slip that made it really poofy and i made her a bow from the ribbon we decorated with.

Ruth's Dress

This is a dress my aunt Charlene made for her daughter Ruth. She lent it to Zoe. Its so sweet! I think i waited a little to long to let Zoe wear it cuz its kinda short. But its still cute and she'll be able to wear it for at least 3 more months.

Zoe's New Bonnets

These are some new bonnets i found at a yard sale. They were $1 a piece!!! I love them so i bought 6 of them. Some smaller for the next baby girl and some for Zoe to grow into. They were made by a homemakers society in Ville Platte. They donated everything for this yard sale to benifit the nursing home my papa is in. I dont know if anyone has ever seen these in stores but i've seen them priced up to $40. And Thank God!!!! I got them for a dollar!!! Wow! I was totally pumped.I love this pic! I used to wear these as a child. My mom said that they never matched my clothes because they were made with scrap fabric that didnt match anything. They called them Gosolays. But i dont think that is the correct spelling for it. Erika, I bought a big one i wanted to send you for Maddie. Let me know if you're interested.

A fun Night!!

This was for our church harvest party. It was a lot of fun. It was at a church member's home out in the country. Joel was a Ghetto preacher and I was his choir singer. Our kids were not exactly members cuz they were animals. Gabe had A LOT of fun running around with all the children that were there.

This is him and Raylee riding together on a 4 wheeler we had to take turns pushing. And somehow Gabriel lost one of his shoes outside and we still haven't found it. So he went around the rest of the night with only one shoe on. Talk about on dirty sock.

The night ended with a 2 and a 1/2 hour trail ride that I thankfully decided not to go on with my sleeping Zoe belle. So we left Joel and my baby monkey to catch a ride back home. The did not return until midnight. WOW! Now thats a trail ride.

Hanging Outside

The days have been so pretty lately so we have been spending some time in the yard. It just got cool here and we have been loving it. I hope it stays this way for a while.

This pic is so funny. We were trying to get Gabriel to look at the camera and he stuck his finger up his nose! It was awesome.

Keonna's Costume Party

This was for Keonna's party. Gabriel was a Monkey, Zoe was a Duck, and Joel and I were white trash. I wore white and stuffed trash all over and he just wore garbage bags. It was fun. The kids were so cute! I took them to see my Papa in these outfits today too. It was the nursing home's halloween party. They were the only kids there and all the residents went nuts over them. Then Papa pulled them around in their wagon. He was so proud.

Camping

We took the kiddies camping. It was great fun! Gabe loved the tents and he wasnt even scared. Zoe ate a stick, I think. But all went well. Gabriel wanted to throw everything in the fire. He would eat his hot dog to the very end and then throw the end in the fire. Or he would have someone else throw it in. It was cute! and fun!!

time to BLOG!!!!!

Its been forever!!!! Well mostly because my computer is broken and i only get to get online when Joel brings home his laptop. Which means ALL my wonderful pictures are stuck in there. I hope God helps me to get my computer un stuck. I have no idea whats wrong with it. IT SUCKS THOUGH!!! So i cant upload pics on Joels computer so I havent been blogging.

But my wonderful cousin ruth posted some pics for me and i'm blogging them because i really wanted to have something to write about. This is my sweet grandfather holding my baby girl. When we got to his house he was sitting on the carport and we walked up to him with the kids and he teared up. It was so sad and sweet. He loves them so much.

This is my Zoe Belle wearing the dress I halfway made her. My aunt charlene (bless her heart because i've been learning all her knowledge lately) did most of the sewing. I smocked it and did the handwork. It was so fun. I'm making another right now. Halfway done with the smocking.

My mom gave me some pants that she got for free and she wanted me to find someone at chruch to fit them. Well i dont know a guy that would be wear a 48x30. So joel and ashlee borrowed them at El Chicos. Cute huh!

I'm sure every mom thinks that their kids are the cutest in the world, so no has to agree with me when i tell yall that my kids are the cutest in the world. I'm having a blast with my Gabriel and Zoe. They are always so happy and so cute. And they love each other so much. What more could you ask for. These are some of my new favorites.

Zoe turns six months!

My baby girl is 6 months old. She did it on July 26 (which is also my anniversary). Way to go Zoe. You are getting so big and beautiful. I will be sending out 6 month pics as soon as the ones i took of Gabriel and her together come in. Wow. 6 months old. Time really flies. I think i should start kissing her more! Yes, definitely. Maybe its time for another.......huh?? I had two dreams this past week that we had another. Once it was just a pregnant dream but the other i was actually in the hospital having her and she turned out to be a 2 yr old. She was very cute. But she didn't have a name and i was outraged. All i could come up with was Molly. She just looked like a Molly. So i told Joel that we need to come up with some just in case names. He was like Whatever!

Outside fun

I laughed at this picture for hours. He looks like an alien baby. I love it. I think it needs to be in a Nike add or something.

My children absolutely love being outdoors. And they love the water. FUN FUN FUN. So when they are both screaming their lungs out, we head outside.

Raylee's mom bought them matching shirts. It was cute. But then Gabriel pooped a little too much and turned his brown. So I'm glad we got the pictures right away. They are sitting in a window at church.

I know! Its been FOR-EVER!! Sorry. I had family over, youth trips, and barbeque. Then i have two cuties in diapers. Forgive me.

They are certainly getting bigger and better. Gabe is becoming a little man! He is still sweet and very well behaved (i have to brag). He goes to his room when he is punished and he knows not to come out till he is done crying. Its so cute and sad at the same time. But he listens and i'm proud of him. I pray Zoe comes along just as mannered. I'm sure yall are wondering about the hair cut. Unfourtnety, and much to my dismay, Gabe caught the lice from someone at church. He is much too friendly i guess. So instead of wrestling with a 1 1/2 yr old to keep him still we just shaved him. I was very sad. But he is still a very handsome boy

She is growing fatter! She has a nice double chin look going for her. She is doing a new thing with her lip. She looks like she is pouting but its just for fun. She can almost sit by herself and she is not far from crawling.

I got these georgous outfits Saturday. SO CUTE. I love them. I want to get their pics done in them. The were at a new shop I just found called heirlooms, etc. They were both 50% off!!!! So i got them for 20 a piece. And of course Zoe had to have the matching bow!!
