All Alone

You leave a kid alone for 5 minutes and you never know what can happen.

Gabe and Zoe wore their matching osh gosh overalls the other night. So cute.

I had got both of these through donated clothes and the kids just happen to fit them at the same time.

People at chruch made the comment that it was the first time they say Zoe Belle in pants. LOL. I cant help it if she is a girly girl and she likes to twirl about in her beautiful dresses. I try to let her have a say so in what she wears...sometimes.

Tubes

Gaber had tubes put in his ears and his adenoids taken out. Not the greatest experience as a parent. It started with a 5am wake up call. Then, once there he got to drink some "happy juice". It was the closet to drunk that he will ever be. He was definitely feeling woozy. He was funny. Then, surgery. Bye bye mommy and daddy : (. Then the most heart-wrenching was watching him come out of the anestassia. It was like he was asleep but screaming at the same time. Tear. But gladly it was all over at 9 and picked up Zoe Belle and we returned home.

Being that he was on Motrin and Tylenol around the clock he got to experience his first time falling asleep while eating.

I need to..

I havent posted in a while. Dont have much time. Been painting, cleaning, planning youth summer thingys. I want to post so thats what this is. Me posting....a bit of nothing. But its a post no less.

This is a pic of me and my husband doing a dance to William Hung's version of I believe I can fly. We did it for our youth group. We were trying to bring inspiration!!

New Name

Not that there is talk of another child or anything. But just in case I must have a name ready. I'm liking the name Lilla Kate. Both names mean Pure. Lilla comes from lily (the flower). A lily is the symbol of purity and Kate comes from Katherine which also means pure. I dont know about a boy name though. Been searching. Started liking Shiloh but Joel said that that something bad happened there in biblical times. I do like solomon though. That means peace. And i like Jesse and that means Gift. Really like Benjamin but i have a cousin name that. But he doesn't live around me. Just some thoughts.

But i'm also thinking that both my children have a root of christ in thier middle name. Chirst means annointed. So should that be a theme with my children? Use other names with christ in it for middle names. Like christopher, christian, christa, etc.

Keonna's Honor Nite

Keonna is so smart so she got honored. Her hair was too cute. It was two upside-down french braids with the ends curled at top. She had a 3.8something. She also had an award for something else. That is Keonna's best friend Kassie. Summer was supposed to be in these pics but of course she ran off with a friend.

Going to Youth Nite

We were going to church to hear daddy preach and I was taking their pics before because they were so cute! I told Gabriel to go stand on the wall to take his pic and he totally did it. He is so good! The other day I told him to go to his room because he was punished and he went for that too. I felt bad for punishing him after he was able to follow those directions.

Zoe was a cow girl. She was so cute with her little jean skirt and cowboy boots. (check out Gabe peeking in on the pic, lol)
